Much of it will flow from our project's multi-stakeholder research, so you can have confidence that you're working from consensus ideas. This matters to your investors because solutions of this kind are not only more likely to lower your costs and strengthen your operations, but they are also less vulnerable to external criticism.

Engage your staff
Your job is easier when staff understand what you do and call for realistic solutions. But if you lecture them about your work it can seem self-serving. Try the indirect approach: Engage them in this project.

We aim to generate deep insights into what works and what doesn't. For newcomers, we'll show that the solutions vary by industry sub-sector, and again by region (where water, workplace regs, and many other tensions vary).
So while this site will feature accurate information to guide you, when it comes time to proceed with your own plan, make sure to work with practitioners who invest in their continuing education.
